Salisbury-Rowan Symphony Guild
All symphony enthusiasts who desire to support the Salisbury Symphony as volunteers are invited to join the Guild.
The mission of the Guild is to promote and support the Salisbury-Rowan Symphony Society and its music education opportunities. The mission is carried out through financial gifts, fund-raising events, supporting education programs and promoting the Symphony in the community.
The Guild was created in 1977 at the home of Blanche Robertson with founding President Mary Messinger. This versatile group of men and women actively promotes and supports the Salisbury Symphony Orchestra.
Memberships and donations to the Guild support the Symphony and fund its Youth Music Education Program. A sum of $15,000 was raised and contributed to the Symphony during the 2015-2016 season, and the same goal has been established for this year.
Join us for an evening Mardi Gras Masquerade Party featuring guest pianist John Stafford. Your ticket of $30 (before March 1st) or $35 (at the door) will be used to support The Salisbury Symphony. “Hurricane Punch,” non-alcoholic punch, beer, coffee, wine, Mardi Gras hors d’oeuvres, and King Cakes.
